On October 29, 2015, ImmunoCellular Therapeutics, Ltd. issued a letter reminding all stockholders of record as of the record date to vote their shares at the Company’s Special Meeting of the Stockholders to be held on November 16, 2015, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
