On October 26, 2015, Will Sutton resigned from his position as the Chief Operating Officer ("COO") of Hansen Medical, Inc. ("Hansen"), effective as of November 6, 2015. Hansen does not intend to hire a replacement for the COO role, and all of Mr. Sutton’s operating responsibilities will be assumed by other members of the Hansen team.
