Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 28, 2015, Fox Chase Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for Fox Chase Bank, issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2015. The Company also announced a quarterly cash dividend payment of $0.14 per outstanding share of common stock, payable on November 25, 2015 to stockholders of record as of November 11, 2015. For more information, reference is made to the Company’s press release dated October 28, 2015, a copy of which is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is furnished herewith.
