Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
First Business Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release on October 30, 2015 announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share. The dividend is payable on November 23, 2015 to shareholders of record on November 12, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
