Item 8.01 Other Events

On October 30, 2015, AMC Entertainment Inc. gave notice of its intention to redeem any and all outstanding aggregate principal amount of its 9.75% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2020 (the “Notes”) on December 1, 2015 (the “Redemption Date”). The Notes will be redeemed at a redemption price of 104.875% of the principal amount together with accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to the Redemption Date. The aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding on October 30, 2015 was $18,676,000.
