Use of our Website and Other Distribution Channels to Announce Material Company Information

The Investors subpage is accessible by clicking on the tab labeled “Company” on our website home page. We also use these channels to expedite public access to time-critical information regarding the Company in advance of or in lieu of distributing a press release or a filing with the SEC disclosing the same information.
