Pace Holdings Corp. Announces the Separate Trading of its Class A Ordinary Shares and
Warrants Commencing October 28, 2015
FORT WORTH, TX, October 27, 2015 Pace Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: PACEU) (the Company) announced that, commencing October 28, 2015, holders of the 45,000,000 units (Units) sold in the Companys initial public offering completed on September 16, 2015 may elect to separately trade the Class A ordinary shares and warrants included in the Units. Each Unit consists of one Class A ordinary share, par value $0.0001 per share, and one warrant to purchase one-third of one Class A ordinary share. Those Units not separated will continue to trade on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol PACEU, and the Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbols PACE and PACEW, respectively. Holders of the Units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer and Trust Company, the Companys transfer agent, in order to separate the Units into Class A ordinary shares and warrants.
