Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 22, 2015, Paul Scola, Senior Vice President of RPX Corporation (the “Company”), a named executive officer in the Company’s proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 28, 2015, ceased serving as an executive officer of the Company. Mr. Scola will continue serving the Company in a full-time capacity as Senior Vice President.
