Resignation of Mark Scott as Director
On October 19, 2015, the Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mark Scott as director and Chairman of the Audit Committee effective October 18, 2015.
Mr. Scott had no disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the registrant’s operations, policies or practices.
Mr. Scott remains consulting Chief Financial Officer.
