Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 16, 2015, the Board of Directors of Tower International, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 10 cents ($0.10) per share on the Company’s common stock. Information regarding that dividend is set forth in the Company’s press release annexed hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
