Effective November 1, 2015, General Electric Company (GE) has appointed Alex Dimitrief as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, succeeding Brackett B. Denniston, who will retire as General Counsel. Mr. Denniston will retire from his position as Senior Vice President and an executive officer of GE at year-end.
