On September 30, 2015, Southern Copper Corporation (the “Company”) learned of the resignation of Mr. Juan Rebolledo Gout as a director of the Company and as a member of the Executive Committee of the Board. Mr. Rebolledo Gout has retired to pursue other interests. There were no disagreements with the Company or management. The Company expressed its gratitude and recognition to Mr. Rebolledo Gout for his many years of valuable service to the Board of Directors and the Company.
