On October 6, 2015, N-Viro International Corporation (the “Company”) sent to all of the subscribers who have signed up to receive email alerts from the Company, an email containing a hyperlink to a document about the Company authored by Dynasty Wealth LLC Senior Analyst Michael Markowski that was dated September 30, 2015.  The document is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
