Item 7.01                                           Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 5, 2015, Invitae Corporation (the “Company”) entered into a National Master Business Agreement effective as of October 1, 2015 (the “Agreement”) with Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association (“BCBSA”).

The Agreement facilitates the ability of the Company to enter into supply agreements for its products and services with BCBSA affiliates, licensees and certain other entities. The Agreement does not provide for the sale of the Company’s products or services directly, nor is there any commitment by BCBSA to do so.
