Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On October 1, 2015, Mark T. Savoff, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, advised Entergy Corporation ("Entergy") that he intends to retire in the first quarter of 2016. Mr. Savoff will transition out of his position as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and resign his position as a director of Entergy Louisiana, LLC effective November 1, 2015, but will remain with Entergy in an advisory capacity until his retirement. Mr. Savoff’s successor has not been determined.
