Item 8.01 Other Events
On September 30, 2015, Townsquare Media, Inc. (the “Company”) made a voluntary repayment of $20.0 million of the outstanding term loans under its Senior Secured Credit Facility (the “Credit Facility”). As a result of the repayment, the Company had approximately $298.5 million aggregate principal amount of term loans outstanding under the Credit Facility as of September 30, 2015.
