Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 29, 2015, Innovation Economy Corporation (“ieCrowd^TM”) issued a press release announcing its plans to extend the closing date of the initial public offering that it is currently conducting (its “IPO”) from September 30, 2015 to October 30, 2015. ieCrowd will shortly be filing an amendment to its IPO prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) in order to effectuate the extension. ieCrowd also expects to make additional changes when it amends its IPO prospectus, and will be distributing the amended prospectus to prospective investors once the SEC declares the amendment effective.
