On September 5, 2015, Paolo Chiaia resigned from his position as director of Confederate Motors, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”). In connection with Mr. Chiaia’s resignation, there were no disagreements with the Company, known to an executive officer of the Company, on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
