Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 9, 2015, Gilla Inc. (“Gilla” or the “Company”) announced strong quarterly revenue to-date and revised guidance for the third quarter of 2015. The Company recognized revenues of $400,000 in e-liquid and hardware sales to private label, wholesale and retail clients for the months of July and August and expects total third quarter revenues to exceed $750,000.
A copy of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
