Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 8, 2015, Commerce Union Bancshares, Inc. issued a press release announcing that members of the management team will present at the Raymond James U.S. Bank Conference in Chicago on Thursday, September 10, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
