■ Operating Earnings1 Available to Common Stockholders of $39.8 Million increased 6.6% compared to 1Q 2015. ■ Operating EPS of $0.53 per share increased 6.0% compared to 1Q 2015. ■ Operating Return on Assets increased to 1.14% compared to 1.11% in 1Q 2015. ■ Net Interest Income, Non-interest Income and Non-interest Expense comparisons to 1Q 2015:  Net interest income on a fully tax equivalent basis increased 1.4% due to an increase in interest earning assets partly offset by lower loan yields.  Core non-interest income increased 2.0% from prior quarter primarily due to increased mortgage banking revenues partially offset by lower leasing revenue.  On a fully tax-equivalent basis, core non-interest income was 41% of revenues in the 2Q 2015; this ratio is in the top quartile of our peer banks. ■ Credit Quality Metrics:  The ratio of non-performing loans to total loans of 1.08% at 6/30/2015 increased from 0.93% at 3/31/2015, but decreased from 1.99% at 6/30/2014.  Net loan charge-offs (recoveries) to average loans annualized decreased to (0.12%) in 2Q 2015 from 0.08% in 1Q 2015 and 0.18% in 2Q 2014.
