On August 21, 2015, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and two additional independent Directors purchased 34,800 shares of SunEdison ("the Company”) common stock. As filed earlier today on Form 4, Statement of Changes in Beneficial Ownership for the Company, Mr. Emmanuel Hernandez, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and independent director, purchased 20,000 shares, Mr. Peter Blackmore, independent director, purchased 8,700 shares and Mr. Clayton C. Daley, Jr., independent director, purchased 6,100 shares of the Company’s common stock on the open market.
