Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On August 18, 2015,  Larson Elmore resigned from all positions at the Company, including CEO, President, and as a Director.

Thomas M Jaspers, our CFO will assume the duties of CEO and President on an interim basis as a search has been started to fill the positions.
