MutualFirst Financial, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend

MUNCIE, Ind., Aug. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- MutualFirst Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: MFSF), the holding company of MutualBank, has announced the Company will pay a cash dividend of $ .12 per share for the third quarter of 2015. The dividend will be payable on September 25, 2015 to shareholders of record on September 11, 2015.

We are pleased with our continued improved performance and the momentum we are maintaining. The Company and its subsidiary MutualBank are well capitalized and strong by all regulatory standards.
