Item 1.01 | Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement |
On August 17, 2015, we restated and revised the Manufacturing and Purchase Agreement (the “Restated and Revised Amendment”) originally entered into with Hon Hai Precision Industry Ltd, and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliate companies (“Foxconn”) in September 2008 and previously amended with Amendments No. 1 through 7 in 2009, 2013, 2014 and 2015. The Restated and Revised Amendment extends the agreement with Foxconn for a three year period to September 1, 2018.
