On August 19, 2015, American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, the Company’s financial results for the second quarter ended August 1, 2015. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The Company’s Management team held a conference call on August 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time to review the aforementioned financial results.
