Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 19, 2015, the Company issued a press release announcing a nonbinding letter of intent to fund, construct and operate the desalination plant in Chile in connection with the Company’s Cerro Blanco project in Chile. A copy of the press release is included herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
