Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 18, 2015, FONU2 Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Effingham County has approved Moon River Studios’ initial permit request to begin construction of the entrance, roads, and water lines for its film production studio facility, and the awarding of the grading, road, and water line bids to Preferred Site Construction, LLC.
A copy of that press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
