ITEM 8.01 Other Events. Capstone Companies, Inc. (“Company”) conducted a webcast/teleconference on Friday, August 14, 2015 to review financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2015 (as reported in the Form 10Q report filed with the Commission on August 13, 2015). A transcript of Company statements is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report. Attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.2, is a Press Release concerning the financial results for the fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2015 and released by the Company on July 31, 2015.
