Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 17, 2015, Liberty Interactive Corporation (“Liberty”) issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing Liberty’s entry into a definitive agreement pursuant to which Liberty is proposing to acquire all outstanding shares of zulily, inc. Liberty will host a call to discuss the proposed acquisition, as described in more detail in the press release. The press release is archived on or accessible from the website for Liberty.
