Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 13, 2015, MELA Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015, and that the Company will hold a conference call to discuss such results. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
