Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On August 12, 2015, Oxbridge Re Holdings Limited issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and six-month period ending June 30, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
