ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On August 12, 2015, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it has agreed in principle to lease a facility for syngas production from Zhengzhou Coal Industry (Group) Co., Ltd., a large-scale state-owned coal and electric energy company in China. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
