On August 12, 2015, we issued a press release announcing our financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. A conference call to discuss our second quarter 2015 financial results has been scheduled for 8:00 am EDT on Thursday, August 13, 2015. See the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 for information concerning dial-in access or webcast access to the earnings conference call.
