On August 5, 2015, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Intermolecular, Inc. (the Company) approved a special bonus of $100,000 for Mr. C. Richard Neely, Jr., Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The bonus will be paid on March 15, 2016, subject to Mr. Neely’s continuous service to the Company through that date.
