Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 10, 2015, BankFinancial Corporation (the “Company”) awarded a total of 1,215,697 stock options to officers and directors, including a total of 500,320 stock options to non-employee directors and a total of 644,918 stock options to the Company’s executive officers.
The grants were made in accordance with the terms of the Company’s 2006 Equity Incentive Plan, which was previously approved by the Company’s stockholders. Options have an exercise price of $11.99 per share.
