On August 4, 2015, Angela McQuien resigned as the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of MoneyGram International, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of August 20, 2015. In such capacity, Ms. McQuien served as the Company’s principal accounting officer. Ms. McQuien indicated that she did not have any disagreement with the Company’s management or its external auditor, and that she resigned in order to pursue an external opportunity.
