Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 10, 2015, The Kraft Heinz Company issued a press release announcing second quarter results for Kraft Foods Group, Inc. and H.J. Heinz Holding Corporation for the periods ended June 27, 2015 and June 28, 2015, respectively. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report.
