The information in this report on Form 8-K is furnished under “Item 7.01. On August 6, 2015, Novatel Wireless, Inc. posted on its website a transcript of its Q2 2015 earnings call held earlier that day. The audio quality of the call was very poor, and many participants complained that portions were garbled or that transmission was lost, and consequently they had trouble clearly hearing or understanding what was said on the call. Consequently, the Company announced during the call that it would post a transcript of the call to its website as soon as possible. A copy of the conference call transcript is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. This transcript has been edited to facilitate the understanding of the information communicated during the conference call.
