Section 1. – Registrant’s Business and Operations
Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
As part of its comprehensive reinsurance program (disclosed on Form 8-K filed July 30, 2015) our principal operating subsidiary, Homeowners Choice Property & Casualty Insurance Company, Inc., has entered into a Reimbursement Contract effective June 1, 2015 with the Florida State Board of Administration which administers the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund. That contract appears as an exhibit to this Form 8-K.
