Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 7, 2015, CST Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the Company’s quarter ended June 30, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
Furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 are slides that senior management of the Company will be utilized in the Company’s second quarter joint earnings call with CrossAmerica. The slides are available on the Company’s website at www.cstbrands.com.

Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 7, 2015, the Company updated the monthly fuel margin data and benchmark wholesale conventional gasoline prices in the Investors section of its website under the tab “Historical Fuel Margins” to include the most recent monthly historical data.
As more fully described in the Company’s Form 10-K and Form 10-Q filings, approximately half of CST’s gross profit is derived from the sale of motor fuel. CST typically experiences lower motor fuel gross profits in periods when the cost of motor fuel increases, and higher motor fuel gross profits in periods when the cost of motor fuel declines rapidly or is more volatile. The volatility of crude oil and wholesale motor fuel prices impacts CST’s motor fuel gross profits.
