Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 6, 2015, Gastar Exploration Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2015. A copy of the Company’s press release, dated August 6, 2015, is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
