Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein is a press release issued by Vectrus, Inc. (the "Company") on August 5, 2015 that includes financial information for the Company for the second quarter of 2015 and updated guidance for fiscal 2015 revenue and adjusted diluted earnings per share.
