Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 5, 2015, Aegerion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced its financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2015. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
