On August 3, 2015, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its Common Stock in the amount of $0.08 per share payable on or about September 15, 2015 to common shareholders of record at the close of business on August 20, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
Additionally, on August 4, 2015, Transact issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report.
