Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
As previously disclosed, on July 31, 2015, Mueller Copper Tube Products, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Mueller Industries, Inc. acquired all of the outstanding shares of Great Lakes Copper Ltd. Net sales for the Great Lakes Copper business were approximately CAD$321 million (unaudited) for the twelve-month period ending June 30, 2015.
