On July 27, 2015, La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company (the “Company”) made available on its website copies of investor presentations providing: (i) a corporate overview; and (ii) the Company’s assessment of the potential market opportunity for LJPC-501, an investigational drug being developed by the Company. Copies of these presentations are filed herewith as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2. The fact that these presentations are being made available and filed herewith should not be deemed an admission as to the materiality of any information contained in the materials.
