Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
As previously announced, on May 4, 2015, Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. entered into a real estate purchase and sale contract with a real estate investment firm for the sale of the Company’s Thornton, Colorado headquarters building. The closing of the sale of the building was subject to customary due diligence by the buyer and satisfaction of other conditions precedent to closing.
On July 23, 2015, the Company and the buyer mutually agreed to terminate the purchase and sale contract for the building.
