Intrexon Corporation (“Intrexon”) today announced three additions to the executive team—Jack A. Bobo, as Senior Vice President, Chief Communications Officer, Samuel Broder, M.D., as Senior Vice President, Head of Health Sector, and Joel Liffmann as Senior Vice President, Finance. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the announcing press release.
