IASIS Healthcare Corporation, the parent company of IASIS Healthcare LLC (the “Company”), has announced that Sharad Mansukani has been named Lead Independent Director of its Board of Directors. Dr. Mansukani has served as a director of IASIS Healthcare Corporation since 2005. The press release announcing Dr. Mansukani’s appointment as Lead Independent Director is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
